All sale of products and finished goods (“Products”) offered and supplied by "Access Scanning Document Services, LLC'' or Access Computer Software Store" to its customers (“Buyers”) shall be pursuant to the following terms and conditions. These terms and conditions apply to online purchases only and do not extended to Access Scanning’s document scanning services, LLC. All online purchases are for End-User use only and resale is strictly forbidden. These are basic terms in addition to specific terms outlined by the manufacture. "Access Scanning Document Services, LLC'' or Access Computer Software Store" are only re-sellers and are not tide to the manufacturers policy. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, then you may not purchase a product from Access Scanning.

Customer services after purchase, "Access Scanning Document Services, LLC'' or Access Computer Software Store" will provide basic customer services, such as, billing and questions. Manufacturer will provide required installation support and solutions in case of issues.

ACCEPTANCE

Buyer’s acceptance of these Terms and Conditions shall be indicated by any of the following, whichever occurs first: (a) Buyer’s submission of an order to Access Scanning, regardless of whether the product(s) ordered is ever delivered or it the purchase order is completely or partially fulfilled, rejected, modified or cancelled,(b) any other act or expression of acceptance by Buyer. Buyer’s acceptance is expressly limited to the Terms and Conditions in their entirety without addition, modification or exception. Access scanning collects information such as: e-mail address, phone numbers, addresses. All collected information will be kept secure and WILL NEVER be sold. Access scanning collects personal information from clients in accordance with HIPAA regulations and regulations policies. Subscribers and clients will be contacted occasionally and will always have the option so un-subscribe from our contact list.

ORDER

Access Scanning reserves the right to schedule and reschedule any order, with notice to Buyer, at Access Scanning’s reasonable discretion, and to decline any order for any reason, or no reason, in Access Scanning’s sole discretion.

DELIVERY

Delivery shall be made in accordance with Seller’s electronic shipping policy in effect at the time of purchase. Delivery of online orders are processes Monday thru Friday between 7:00AM and 4:00pm. Digital delivery can take from few minutes to a few hours, in some cases may take longer, for example services or upgrades. Orders shipped under special instructions must be separately agreed upon and may be subject to additional charges.

All digital deliveries will be made by e-mail, no exceptions. Purchaser needs to provide a reliable e-mail address and physical street address.

Buyer shall promptly notify Access Scanning, no later than 15 days from invoice date, of any issues to the purchase Product.

PRICE

While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of pricing displayed on our website, we reserve the right to change pricing without prior notice. Pricing is not guaranteed, and submission of your order does not bind us to honor published pricing. Additionally, if pricing on your order is found to be incorrect or has changed, we will notify you by email and your order will be halted. Your payment will be refunded or credit card will not be charged, and no funds will be accepted or collected. Furthermore, pricing discrepancies on our site will be corrected the same business day they are discovered. You will be under no obligation to purchase the item at the updated price.

REFUND POLICY

Since Access Scanning (Software Store) is offering non-tangible goods we do not issue refunds or exchanges after the software has been sent to the customer, in very few cases, we can refund the buyer before they received final digital product and that case is when Access Software has not paid for the product to the manufacturer. Unlike physical goods, electronically distributed software are delivered very fast once payment is received, may not be possible to cancel order, we could do our best, but not guarantied, please contact us with questions before submitting your purchase. It is our policy that once we have distributed a release version to a customer, the sale is final. Please be cautious and make sure you know what you are purchasing.

CANCELLATION

Due to the speed of our service, completed orders for in-stock items cannot be changed or cancelled. Please do not ask us to do so as it is impossible. If you decide after ordering, that you do not want the item(s) ordered, we require email notification and we MAY be able to cancel your order. In the case that your order is completed and product license was sent to you, we will not be able to issue a refund or cancel transaction. Access Scanning and similar merchants are held responsible for fraudulently acquired merchandise; not the credit card companies, and not the card holders. If you are using a stolen credit card number, please save yourself the trouble and leave our site now. If you place an order with us using a stolen credit card number, your information will be given to the authorities in your area. We will fully assist authorities in prosecuting you to the full extent of the law, which may include arrest, fines, jail time, and seizure of your computer equipment.
